Everyone is aware of that deadly virus across the globe that has created immense mental as well as physical health issues. In such conditions, how can I write? Must be the question that hits you! Well, no worries! We will answer that in today’s article!
Without wasting any more time, let us discuss the tips to writing peacefully through a step by step approach!
Tip 1 – Meditate!
Meditate for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day! The time of such crisis can lead to emotional outbreak and may sometimes lead to depression. However, meditating for some time and making your brain sweep off all the negative and stressful thoughts, makes working easier for you!
Tip 2 – News Channels? Nooo!
Refrain from watching news channels regularly because that would accelerate your stress levels. Media tends to exaggerate some points of information which may result in making you nervous, scared and stressed!
Tip 3 – Avoid Over Thinking!
Don’t overthink on the virus issues! Consider, for a moment that the virus doesn’t exist and the thought of it won’t affect your work! However, that doesn’t mean abstaining from using all sources of prevention including masks! One must consider them as a ‘stylish’ garment and a part and parcel of regular life!
Tip 4 – Approach Nature!
Try reaching out to greenery or nature! Such places boost your emotional as well as mental health, thereby alleviating stress and making you feel optimistic!
Tip 5 – Family Time!
Spend quality time with your family! Play indoor games and try enjoying the current scenario. Instead of considering it the negative way, make sure you cherish all these moments because once the normal life starts, we would definitely miss being with our family yet again! This will indeed cheer you up!
Tip 6 – Support Each Other!
Support each other! This is the time to help the needy and forget all the past grudges and enmity! Love everyone around you! Be kind and pave way for humanity!
Tip 7 – Good Diet!
Have a balanced diet! Don’t ignore your taste buds nor resort to starvation! Munch on your favourites and try to remain happy! This too, is effective in fighting off all sorts of stress! Also, a good immunity is vital to battle all sorts of diseases! So, remember to be particular in terms of food!
Tip 8 – Love Your Parents!
Hug your parents and thank them for everything! This is an effective way of sending positive vibes across your house! After all, HOME SWEET HOME, isn’t it?
Tip 9 – Speak Less!
Speak or Chat less with people, in order to maintain sheer peace of mind! Speaking requires energy and these times demand complete energy to battle the current scenario. So, you might not receive the time to refill your energy, then why use it up in chatting or gossiping?
Tip 10 – Love Yourself!
Lastly, Love yourself! Don’t pin point any flaws within you, nor compare yourself with others! Be peaceful! Prefer recluse, and distance yourself from abusive people!
Thus, I would conclude stating that an effective way of writing peacefully is maintaining a positive mindset and looking upon everyone the same way! Remain happy and make others happy! This is the time to support and use each other as a step to success!
